Sticking together !

"You ought to go to a boy's school sometimes. Try it sometime," I said. "It's full of phonies, and all you do is study so that you can learn enough to be smart enough to be able to buy a goddam Cadillac some day, and you have to keep making believe you give a damn if the football team loses, and all you do is talk about girls and liquor and sex all day, and everybody sticks together in these dirty little goddam cliques. The guys that are on the basketball team stick together, the goddam intellectuals stick together, the guys that play bridge stick together. Even the guys that belong to the goddam Book-of-the-Month Club stick together."

Oh yes they stick together. Birds of same feathers stick together. Don't know wether they fight or develop a kind of grudge or grunting attitude on other flocks. And animals of same kind stick together. I saw them on Animal Planet or Discover or NGC, of course they always show that stuff. And I noticed animals fight with other types. And some behave humbly with others. And so on and on, as we know the goddamn thing very well.

When you go to work place, and these days, you would find a multitude of people work together , from across the world-country-region. And there, they too stick together. Northies stick together. Southies stick together. Dont know about northies :P. But in southies, Andhraites stick together, Kannadigas stick together and so Tamils and Malayalis. Oh there are so many other kinds and forms of sticking together. Department wise, project wise, type of project wise, Microsoft wise and Java wise, Or developers wise or admins wise, they tend to damn sticking together. And it is resulting in a kind of prejudice or resentment among everybody sticking together according to their convenient protocols on everybody else sticking together according to their convenient protocols. Hmmm, this thing is not new to our country or to the world or to the everything that born and breathe and socialize in some way or the other.

And these are the hell lot of reasons for hell lot of problems around the globe among every living thing. That is in the plan. We cant damn help it anyway. I only want to watch the fun. And you know, and I started just tolerate away the damn if some sticking together group of same elements pass a comment or laugh, rather than watch scornfully at them or plan a kind of revenge together with my sticking together group of my kind of elements. Yeah, I call it elements. Yeah, who cares to use right english words, when you born somewhere else with your own language and expressions and all. Leave it all.

And we all should live together amicably. Yes they make fun and you make fun. No difference. Yeah, they have some complaints and you have some. All we got to do is tolerate way the stuff. What the hell will you do, if you happen to get a stone under your teeth when eating your delicious sambar and rice, mixed so tenderly ? Wont you just tolerate away the stone and continue ;) or you would go and destroy your mom's kitchen ? You wont, right ? So my friend tolerate away. Smile at them always. For sure you will get smiles back. Everybody are here for their bread and butter. When the languages and attitudes are different from one another, initially there comes problems for sure.

We didnt have a kind of webservices frame work to work together. I guess a kind of that stuff should be there for us too. So that we can avoid hell lot of misunderstandings. And can tolerate simple faults. But, we are such wonderful creatures, we hard-wire such protocols automatically in a course of time, hard-wire ? or hard-flesh? hard-brain? hard-mind? hard-blood and flesh, oh whatever, we do such stuff, it happens, and thats why we still are living together, though we tend to stick together in hell lot of ways.
